Top-tier donors and their guests convene at Cipriani every April for SA’s annual gala. It’s a chance to gain support by showcasing unique aspects of the organization. This year’s event centered on SA’s approach to STEM.
Our strategy was to keep it engaging and wonder-filled, while highlighting SA’s world-class curriculum and approach.
We handled the creative direction of the entire event, end-to-end:

As the primary takeaway for the event, the print program served as a vehicle to highlight SA’s unique approach to STEM, the K-12 journey, and the organization’s standout accomplishments. Hand-drawn elements evoke student lab notes and add a sense of whimsy and wonder.
At the event, students performed live science experiments. We created miniature science labs showcasing real student lab notes, science materials, and processes.
The format allowed for guests to interact and see the young scientists in action!
We Can Build It
The main video of the night put students front and center as they shared their dreams for the future. Animations are fun and light-hearted to reinforce the overall tone of the night.
